Selfish relationships

Dont tell me "Where have you been? " when you have not been around.
Dont say "Why havent you called?" when my phone doesnt ring.
Dont make out that you're there when im alone every day.
Dont make out that you care when you've made no effort to find out.
Dont say that you listen when all you do is talk.
Dont expect me to talk when all you do is tease.
Dont expect much from me when our relationship is all about you.
Dont be so suprised when i dissappear.

God is an Artist

You know how when an artist creates something,  they have the tendency to hate their own art work?
What if "God" created earth like a piece of art and the reason he is not around is because he scrunched it up into a ball and tossed it in the bin.
Even though it is beautiful he did not like it because it was not perfect.
Everyone else can see the beauty except for him.
Classic artist, never likes his own work.

A love for you.

If I get to keep you,
I'll keep my mouth shut,
I'd rather watch you from a far,
Than to never watch you at all.
I would share you with the world,
Or I would hide with you by your side.

The Glow.

I'd like to be the light,
but i feel more like a glow.
I sit in the the dark, 
waiting for the light,
then i shine for a while,
and then dim slowly till, 
Im in the dark again,
waiting for the light.
